To schedule an inspection, simply telephone 830-981-8118 or call my mobile # 210-378-3385 and make your request. You should have information from the listing such as the square footage, age of home and any additional items you want inspected, i.e. swimming pools, detached structures. I make every possible attempt to answer all my calls personally. However, if I do not answer your call, I am probably doing an inspection, so please leave a message on my voicemail. I will call you back as soon as I retrieve your message. Appointments are usually available seven days a week and I can usually accommodate your needs within a 24-48 hour notice. When you make your appointment, please allow 3 to 4 hours for your inspection. You are more than welcome to be present during the inspection process but if you cannot attend for the full inspection, I strongly recommend that you be there by the time the inspection is being completed so that I can go through the items that I have noted for the report.
