Mission Statement:

Our primary objective is to offer clients unbiased, accurate and thorough professional home inspections that are in terms that are easily understood. We report on the overall condition of the property with the intent that the client will be able to make an informed decision as to whether the property is functioning as it was intended. Additionally, to educate the client toward an understanding of the functioning capabilities of the systems inspected by having the client accompany the inspector on a walk-thru of the property once the detailed inspection is completed, and answering all questions by the client.

David Holland is professionally trained as a "Professional Inspector" by Inspection Training Associates, the largest and most respected inspection training company in the country. A professional inspector is the highest level of the three inspector's licenses issued by the Texas Real Estate Commission. Additionally, he has 25 years of hands on experience in the maintenance of a large commercial and industrial fabrication plants and also has held a State electrical license for over 20 years. He has also been involved in remolding and new residential construction. David is active in his local homeowners association and restrictions committee.
